I have been using this blackseed oil since the early 1990's when it cost maybe £1.50 it used to be in a glass bottle which I think it was bigger in size then the current plastic bottle, it used to come with a leaflet with suggestions on how to take it with different ingredients for different effects, I followed the suggestion of taking it with orange juice as it was a reccomended usage for high energy from the ottoman times and it definitely gave a lot of energy to a already very active teenager, I am nearly 50 and have been taking it regularly, I only stopped for a few years when there was a high influx of extra strong Ethiopian blackseed oil however it was way too strong and would give me nose bleeds it had too much heat in it, this blackseed oil the imams is the original and the best, a very well balanced oil which can be taken regularly long term without any issues I am a witness to that, I highly recommend this oil I have been taking it regularly for nearly 30yrs MashAllah la howla wala qooata illah billahi Allah huma barik I am very healthy and fit for my age my hair is still black and have no health issues and I hardly ever get unwell and I do believe it is because of this oil whjch came as a guidance from our prophet Muhammad pbuh and ultimately from Allah swt Almighty, start with a small amount may 1/3 or 1/2 a teaspoon in orange juice or water then increase it or decrease it for individual preference however take it every day for it's remarkable results
